About Express Filings
We are a business filing service in Jackson, New Jersey. We form entities, act as registered agent, and file the reports that keep companies in good standing with the states they are registered in.

Most of our work comes from professionals filing on behalf of other people — accountants forming entities for clients, attorneys qualifying companies into new states, real estate firms standing up a company per property. That shapes everything about how the portal works: one account holds many companies, each company holds many entities, and access is granted per person and per role, so a bookkeeper sees invoices and a service-of-process contact sees the papers that arrive.
It works the same way for a single company. Nothing in it assumes a portfolio.
How we work
Filing is a business of deadlines and documents, so both are visible. Every order has a stage; every document the state returns is filed against the entity it belongs to; every renewal date is on a list you can see, not in a diary we keep. When something is served on an entity we act for, it is scanned the same day and everyone who should see it is emailed — including the people who have muted every other message we send.
State fees and our fees are always shown separately, before you pay.
What we are not
We are not a law firm and we do not give legal or tax advice. We prepare and file documents, and we tell you what a state requires and when. Choosing between an LLC and an S corporation, or deciding what a contract should say, is a question for your attorney or accountant — often the same one who sent you here.
