Find your business. We’ll file its annual report.
Choose the state and start typing the name. Its addresses, officers and agent come from the state’s own register, so you check them instead of typing them, see both fees, and pay. $59 plus the state fee in Alaska, both shown before you pay.

State fees are the state’s published rates. If a state changes one before we file, we tell you rather than absorbing it quietly.
Every state, and what we hold for it
Alaska, Connecticut, Florida, New York, Virginia are in the register we keep, so the lookup finds the business as you type. Elsewhere we file it from the details you give us. Each state has a page with its deadline, its fees and a link to file it yourself.

Are you the state?
No. Express Filings is a private filing service, not the Secretary of State or any government agency. You can file the report yourself on the state’s website for the state fee alone. We charge our fee to find the record, check it with you, file it, and remind you before the next one.
Where does the record come from?
From the state’s own public register, which we copy and keep up to date. Every record shows the date the state’s copy is current to. If something has changed since then, correct it on the page before you pay.
What if the report has already been filed?
We check the state’s record on the day we file. If the report is already there, we cancel the order and refund it in full.
What does it cost?
Our fee plus the state’s fee, which we pass on at cost. Both are itemized before you pay. If the report is late and the state charges a late fee, it is shown as its own line.
Who signs the report?
One of the business’s officers, members or managers — you choose which. You confirm that you are that person, or have their permission to file it and sign in their name.
My state isn’t in the lookup.
We file in most states whose register we do not hold yet. Choose the state, type the name, and continue to the order: we look the business up ourselves before we file.
What happens after I pay?
We check the record, file the report with the state, usually the same business day, and put the state’s confirmation in your account. You can save the card to have next year’s filed the same way.
